For \(\delta \in (-\pi/2,\pi/2)\) let \(L(\delta) = \{\exp(e^{-i\delta}t: t \leq 0\}\) be the logarithmic spiral joining \(0\) and \(1\). A simply connected domain \(\Omega \subset \mathbb{C}, \Omega \neq \mathbb{C}\) is called \(\delta\)-spiralshaped with respect to a boundary point if \(0 \in \partial \Omega\) and \(wL(\delta) = \{wu: u \in L(\delta)\} \subset \Omega\) for every \(w \in \Omega\). The class of all functions \(f\) analytic and univalent in the unit disk \(\mathbf{D}\) such that \(f(\mathbf{D})\) is \(\delta\)-spiralshaped with respect to a boundary point will be denoted by \(\mathcal{S}_0^{\Game}(\delta)\). In the paper a new technique of the proof of an analytic characterization of \(f \in \mathcal{S}_0^{\Game}(\delta)\) is presented. The author reproves the results obtained earlier by himself in [Int. J. Math. Math. Sci. 37--40, 2133--2143 (2004; Zbl 1070.30005)], where he used a method based on the Julia Lemma.
