The purpose of the paper is to prove the following Theorem. Let \(M\) be a connected, compact complex manifold equipped with two mutually transverse holomorphic foliations \(F_+\) and \(F_-\) with \(\dim F_++\dim F_-= \dim M\). Assume that there exists a Hermitian holomorphic line bundle J\((L,h)\) over \(M\) whose curvature form splits into the sum of two \((1,1)\)-forms \(\theta_+\) and \(\theta_-\) such that: 1) \(i\theta_+\geq 0\), \(i\theta_+|_{TF_+}> 0\) and \(\theta_+|_{TF_-}= 0\); 2) \(i\theta_-\leq 0\), \(i\theta_-|_{TF_-}< 0\) and \(\theta_-|_{TF_+}= 0\). Then there exists a positive integer \(m_0\) such that for any \(m\geq m_0\) there exists \(N\in\mathbb{N}\) and \(C^\infty\) sections \(t_0,\dots, t_N\) of \(K_{F_+}\otimes\overline K_{F_-}\otimes L^m\) over \(M\) such that \([t_0:\cdots: t_N]\) embeds \(M\) into \(\mathbb{C} P^N\) holomorphically along \(F_+\) and antiholomorphically along \(F_-\). Here \(K_{F_\pm}\) denote canonical bundles of \(F_\pm\) and \(\overline K_{F_\pm}\) their conjugates.
