In this beautifully written paper, the author establishes the \(l\)-adic class field theory for henselian regular local rings of equi-characteristic. More precisely, let \(K\) be the fraction field of an excellent Henselian regular local \(\mathbb F_p\)-algebra with finite residue field. Fix a prime \(l \not= p\), and let \(\rho_K : C_K \to G_K^{(l)}\) be the \(l\)-adic reciprocity map, where \(C_K\) is a version of the idéle class group defined by using the Milnor \(K\)-group, and \(G_K^{(l)}\) is the maximal abelian pro-\(l\)-quotient of the absolute Galois group of \(K\). Assuming the surjectivity of the Galois symbol, it is shown that \(\rho_K\) has dense image in \(G_K^{(l)}\), and that the kernel of \(\rho_K\) consists of all elements that are divisible by any power of \(l\).
