      Let \(\Omega_0\) be a bounded and convex domain in \(\mathbb{R}^n\). It is required to find function \(f(x,t)\) and a boundary of a domain \(\Omega_t:=\{x\in \mathbb{R}^n|\, f(x,t)>0\}\), \, \(t\in(0,T)\) as a solution of the following problem: \, \(f_t=\text{div}(|Df|^{p-2}Df)\) \ in \ \(\Omega_t,\,\) \(t\in(0,T)\), \, \(p>2\); \ \(f=0, \;|Df|=1\) \ on \ \(\partial\Omega_t\), \, \(t\in(0,T)\); \ \(f|_{t=0}=f_0(x)\) \ in \ \(\Omega_t|_{t=0}=\Omega_0\), where \(f_0\) is a concave and positive function in \(\Omega_0\). In the case of \(n=2\) under some conditions on the initial data the author establishes that this problem has unique solution such that the free boundary \(\partial\Omega_t\) belongs to \(C^1\), \(t\in(0,T)\), and \(f(x,t)\in C(0,T;\,C^1(\overline{\Omega}_t))\).
