The paper deals with the quantum impurity model defined by the Kondo's with a dc-voltage bias which produces a stationary current. This system will be investigated around its non-equilibrium state by using the flow equation approach. The basic idea of this approach is to make a many-particle Hamiltonian increasingly more diagonal through a sequence of infinitesimal unitary transformation. The Kondo model with voltage bias, flow equation analysis and scaling picture of the Kondo model with voltage bias are successively considered. Then one shows how to use the time evolution with respect to the diagonal Hamiltonian to analyze the dynamics of some variables in the flow equation approach.
