    The main result of the paper is the following: Theorem. Assume that \(\mu_1\) and \(\mu_2\) are diffusive measures in a bounded and smooth domain \(\Omega\subset \mathbb R^N,\) \(N\geq2,\) and \(g_1, g_2\in C(\mathbb R\times\mathbb R)\) satisfy \((a_1)\) for every \(t\in \mathbb R,\) \(g_1(\cdot,t)\) is nondecreasing and \(g_1(0,t)=0;\) \((a_2)\) for every \(s\in \mathbb R,\) \(g_2(s,\cdot)\) is nondecreasing and \(g_2(s,0)=0.\) Then the system \[ \begin{cases} -\Delta u+g_1(u,v)=\mu_1 & \text{in}\;\Omega,\\ -\Delta u+g_2(u,v)=\mu_2 & \text{in}\;\Omega,\\ u=v=0 & \text{on}\;\partial\Omega \end{cases} \] has a solution \((u,v)\in L^1(\Omega)\times L^1(\Omega).\)
