The authors extend previous rigorous work [\textit{M. Merkli, G. P. Berman, I. M. Sigal}, Ann. Phys. 323, No. 2, 373-412 (2008; Zbl 1201.81083) and Ann. Phys. 323, No. 12, 3091-3112 (2008; Zbl 1164.82005)] analyzing the dynamics of a finite dimensional system coupled to a thermal Fermionic environment to the case of a time-dependent system as well as interaction Hamiltonian. The time-dependence is obtained considering piecewise constant Hamiltonians, performing at each step an analysis based on dynamical resonance theory (see [Zbl 1201.81083] and [Zbl 1164.82005] and references therein). The dynamics is thus expressed in terms of resonance energies and resonance states associated to the Hamiltonians. The results are obtained for sufficiently weak coupling and under certain natural conditions on the form factors appearing in the Hamiltonian interaction term.
