The author introduces a notion of polyhedral Kähler manifold as even dimensional polyhedral manifold with unitary holonomy. More precisely, a polyhedral manifold is a piecewise linear connected \(d\)-dimensional manifold \(M\) with a fixed simplicial decomposition and a flat metric on each \(d\)-simplex \(\Delta_i\) such that two simplices with a common face are glued by an isometry. One can associate with any point \(x \in M\) its tangent cone, i.e. a cone with a polyhedral metric such that a neighborhood of its origin is isometric to a neighborhood of \(x\). A point \(x \in M\) is called a metric singularity of codimension at least \(k\) if its tangent cone is not isometric to the direct product of \(\mathbb{R}^{d-k+1}\) and a \((k-1)\)-dimensional polyhedral cone. Let \(M^{d-k}_s\) be the set of all such points. There is no singularities at faces of codimension 1 and the set of non singular points is connected. It allows to define the representation \(\pi_1(M \setminus M^{d-2}_s) \to SO(d)\) which is called the holonomy representation. A polyhedral manifold \(M^{2n}\) is called a polyhedral Kähler manifold if its holonomy representation takes values in \(U(n)\) and every codimension 2 face with conical angle \(2\pi k,\,\, k\geq 2\) has a holomorphic direction. The author studies 4-dimensional polyhedral Kähler manifold. He proves that such manifold is a smooth complex surface and classifies the singularities of the metric. He characterizes polyhedral Kähler metrics of non negative curvature on \(\mathbb{C}P^2\) with singularities at complex line arrangements.
