The paper gives an iterative algorithm for testing the condition \[ \ker (Qu)(t) = \{0\}, \quad 0<t\leq T \] for \[ (Qu)(t) = \int_0^t He^{A(t-\tau)}Bu(\tau)\,d\tau \] where \(A\), \(B\), \(H\) are matrices of appropriate dimensions. This algorithm has as result a testable necessary and sufficient condition for \(\ker (Qu)(t) = \{0\}\). The paper contains a rigorous proof of the above statement.
