In this nicely written paper, the author characterizes additive maps from the algebra \(\mathcal{L}(H)\) (of all bounded linear operators on a complex Hilbert space \(H\)) onto itself preserving different spectral quantities such as the minimum modulus, the surjectivity modulus, and the maximum modulus of operators.
