As a continuation of some earlier separate works of the authors, they show that the nonnegative part \((G/P)_{\geq 0}\) of any flag variety \(G/P\) is a CW complex. This extends the corresponding result by Postnikov-Speyer-Williams for the Grassmannians. Combined with an earlier result of Williams, as a corollary of the above result, the authors obtain that the Euler characteristic of the closure of any cell in \((G/P)_{\geq 0}\) is \(1\).
