There is a classical result by \textit{F. González-Acuña} [Bol. Soc. Mat. Mex., II. Ser. 15, 58--79 (1970; Zbl 0229.55004)] that the trefoil knot and the figure-eight knot are the only genus one fibered knots in the \(3\)-sphere. \textit{K. Morimoto} [J. Math. Soc. Japan 41, No.~1, 81--96 (1989; Zbl 0652.57008)] studied genus one fibered knots in some lens spaces, which were classified later by \textit{K. L. Baker} [Counting genus one fibered knots in lens spaces. Mich. Math. J. 63, No. 3, 553--569 (2014; Zbl 1304.57024)]. In general, a genus one fibered knot in a \(3\)-manifold has tunnel number one or two. The first result of the present article is the determination of all tunnel number one, genus one fibered knots in lens spaces. More precisely, such a knot, except just one, lies in a lens space of type \((r,1)\), and is the plumbing of two Hopf bands. The exception, which lies in \(L(7,2)\), is also described. The second result says that every tunnel number one, once-punctured torus bundle is the complement of a genus one fibered knot in a lens space \(L(r,1)\). Furthermore, such a bundle is shown to be the result of some integral Dehn filling of the Whitehead link exterior. In the first part of the paper, the monodromy of a tunnel number one, once-punctured torus bundle is determined by using the Rubinstein-Scharlemann graphic as in \textit{D. Cooper} and \textit{M. Scharlemann} [Turk. J. Math. 23, No.~1, 1--18 (1999; Zbl 0948.57015)]. On the other hand, the set of genus one fibered knots in a \(3\)-manifold and the set of braid axes of closed \(3\)-braids in the \(3\)-sphere are in one-to-one correspondence by considering double branched covers. The monodromy of a bundle corresponds to the braid word. A lens space is the double branched cover of the \(3\)-sphere over a link if and only if the link is two-bridge by \textit{Craig Hodgson} and \textit{J.H. Rubinstein} [Knot theory and manifolds, Proc. Conf., Vancouver/Can. 1983, Lect. Notes Math. 1144, 60--96 (1985; Zbl 0605.57022)]. Also, \textit{K. Murasugi} [Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 326, No.~1, 237--260 (1991; Zbl 0751.57008)] determined all two bridge links with braid index three. By using these, the determination of tunnel number one, genus one fibered knots in lens spaces is accomplished.
