A new theory of multivalued dynamic equations is developed by extending of known set valued differential equations onto time scale. A new derivative of set valued functions on time scale is introduced and applied to the study of the set valued dynamic systems. It is called Hukuhara-Hilger derivative. The properties of this derivative is explored which provides the necessary background for further consideration. An example of multivalued dynamic equation is proposed and discussed.
