For vector spaces \(V\) and \(W\) over a field \(F\) and \(T\in \text{Hom}(W,V)\), define associative product \(\mu(R,S)=RTS\) and Lie product \([R,S]= RTS-STR\) for \(R,S \in\) Hom(\(V,W\)). All such associative and Lie algebras are determined. A lower bound on the number of non-isomorphic associative (Lie) structures on \(F^N\) is determined by finding the number of such structures found by this construction on \(\text{Hom}(V,W)\) where \(\dim V = \dim W = N\). For this purpose, define an admissable pair \((n,m)\) for \(N\) to be natural numbers \(n\) and \(m\) such that \(N=nm\) and \(n\leq m\). The author finds that the number of non-isomorphic associative (Lie) algebras obtained by his construction on \(\text{Hom}(V,W)\) to be the sum of the first terms in all admissable pairs \(+ 1\). This is the lower bound that is found.
