This book presents new results concerning static deformation and failure of sandwich composites, in processes such as buckling, wrinkling and face/core debonding. The work is divided into 12 chapters, with three appendices and an extended reference list. The elastic analysis is used to confirm simplified models from beam, plate and shell theories. The major topic of the text is devoted to the evolution of face/core debonding in sandwich structures. This book may be useful to structural and mechanical engineers and researchers.
