The author considers a system of differential equations in the form \[ \varepsilon^h t^{p/q}{dx(t,\varepsilon)\over dt}= A(t,\varepsilon) x(t,\varepsilon),\quad 0\leq t\leq T,\tag{1} \] where \(x\in\mathbb{R}^n\), \(\varepsilon(0< \varepsilon\leq \varepsilon_0)\) is a small parameter, \(h,p,q\in\mathbb{N}\), \(p\) and \(q\) are coprime, \(A(t,\varepsilon)= \sum^\infty_{r=0} \varepsilon^r A_r(t)\); the matrices \(A_r(t)\), \(r= 0,1,\dots\) are infinitely differentiable on the interval \([0, L]\), the matrices \(A_r(0)\) take real values. Under suitable assumptions, the author derives sufficient conditions of the existence of a formal solutions of equation (1) and constructs also asymptotic solutions. Unfortunately, there are not illustrative examples.
