The parabolic biangle is a closed subset of \(\mathbb{R}^2\) defined by \(B= \{(x_1,x_2)\in \mathbb{R}^2: 0\leq x^2_1\leq x_2\leq 1\}\). The authors study Cesàro means for two-variable Jacobi polynomials on \(B\), by showing essentially that the Cesàro \((C,\delta)\) means of the orthogonal expansion on \(B\) are uniformly bounded if \(\delta>\alpha+\beta+ 1\), with \(\alpha\geq\beta\geq 0\). For \(\delta\geq \alpha+ 2\beta+{3\over 2}\), the means define positive linear operators.
