On explicit cases of the solvability of a fourth order pseudoparabolic equation (Q1034331)

The authors investigate the explicit cases of the solvability of a fourth order pseudoparabolic equation \[ L (u)=u_{xxyy} + a_{21}u_{xxy}+ a_{12}u_{xyy }+ a_{11}u_{xy }+ a_{20}u_{xx} + a_{02}u_{yy}+a_{10}u_x + a_{01}u_y + a_{00}u = f. \] Which is considered as a continuation of the article by \textit{Ye. A. Utkina} and \textit{A. Maher} [Proc. Pakistan Acd. Sci. 42, No. 3, 187--193 (2005)]. With the help of Riemann function, the authors consider the Goursat problem for the pseudoparabolic equation in the rectangle domains, and if some conditions are satisfied, for 18 cases studied in the paper of [loc. cit.], the Goursat problem is solved explicitly.
