In [Math. Scand. 102, No. 2, 161--205 (2008; Zbl 1155.11035)], the author introduced the basic notions of lattice trigonometry on lattice angles, i.e., angles of lattice triangles. In the paper under review, the author extends his previous work to the more general class of irrational lattice angles, which are angles with lattice vertices but not necessarily lattice rays. He finds normal forms and extends the definition of lattice sums to a certain special case of such angles. One of the author's main motivations is a connection of lattice angles to sails and Klein polyhedra, multidimensional generalization of continued fractions. The author points out that the sum of angles described in the paper seems to be a natural notion of ordinary continued fractions ``addition''.
