This paper investigates the asymptotic structure of a boundary-value problem for a bisingular perturbed differential equation. The first part is devoted to the linear case, more precisely the problem under consideration is: \[ \epsilon x''+p(t)x'+h(t,x)=0,\quad 0<\epsilon << 1, t\in I,\tag{1} \] where \(I=[-1,1]\), and the degenerate problem is: \[ p(t)x'+h(t,x)=0\tag{2} \] Using the description of solutions of Equation (2) with singularities in the coefficients, for the solution of the initial boundary-value problem consisting of the bisingular equation (1) (under suitable assumptions) and the boundary conditions for \(t=-1\) and \(t=1\), one constructs an asymptotic representation. The second part of the paper considers the non-linear case. Thus, one considers the problem of constructing an asymptotic solution of the boundary-value problem for the second-order singularly perturbed nonlinear equation: \[ \epsilon^2 y''=f(x,y),\quad 0< x< 1, 0< \varepsilon\ll 1\tag{3} \] \[ y(0)=A_0, y(1)=A_1,\tag{4} \] under the assumption that the nonlinear right-hand side is a discontinuous function: \[ f(x,y)=\begin{cases} g(x,y), &\text{if }y<0; \\ h(x,y), &\text{if }y\geq 0. \end{cases} \]
