Let \(K\) be a commutative field with zero characteristic and \(S(K)\) the set of sequences with terms in \(K\). Then \(S(K)\) is a \(K-\)algebra for Hadamard product. Put the discrete topology on \(K\) and the product topology on \(S(K)\). An element \(u\) in \(S(K)\) is said to be a linear recurrence sequence with polynomial coefficients if there exists integers \(n_0\geq 0\), \(h\geq 1\), polynomials \(p_i\) with coefficients in \(K\), \(p_h\not=0\) such that for all \(n\geq n_0\), \(p_h(n)u(n+h)+p_{h-1}(n)u(n+h-1)+\ldots+p_0(n)u(n)=0\). The set \(j(K)\) of such sequences is a \(K-\)subalgebra of \(S(K)\). For \(d\in\mathbb{N}^*\), \(J\in\mathbb{N}^d\) and \(\sigma\) a permutation of \(\{0,1,\ldots,d-1\}\), some technical maps \(\phi_d\) and \(\psi_{d,J,\sigma}\) called decimation and tressage respectively are defined from \(j(K)\) to \(j(K)\). In this note the author proves that these two maps are continuous endomorphisms of \(j(K)\).
