      The authors study existence and multiplicity of sign-changing solutions for the three-point boundary value problem \[ \begin{gathered} u''(t)+f(t,u(t),u'(t))=0,\;t \in (0,1),\\ u(0) = 0, \qquad u(1) = \alpha u(\eta), \end{gathered} \] where \(0\leq \alpha<1\), \(0<\eta<1\) and \(f\) is a continuous function. The methodology here is to use strict upper and lower solutions and Leray-Schauder degree theory.
