For \(n=2^s+2\) and \(n=2^s+3\) \((s\geq 3)\), some non-vanishing high-dimensional dual Stiefel-Whitney classes of the Grassmann manifolds \(O(n)/O(4) \times O(n-4)\) are presented. Some applications are also discussed.
