Let \(G_1,\dots, G_n\) be bounded linear operators in a Hilbert space \({\mathcal H}\), let \(\alpha_1,\dots,\alpha_n\) be vectors in \({\mathcal H}\), let \(z_1,\dots, z_n\) be complex numbers in the right half plane \({\mathbb C}_+\), and let \(W\) be an operator weight on \({\mathbb C}_+\) \((n\leq\infty)\). The paper deals with the following interpolation problem: Find a vector valued function \(f\) from the weighted Hardy space \(H_W^p({\mathbb C}_+,{\mathcal H})\) such that \(G_kf(z_k)=\alpha_k\) for \(1\leq k\leq n\). The solvability of this problem is reduced to the boundedness of some Carleson embedding. In the case of an \(A_2\) operator weight (or \(A_p\) scalar weight), solvability criteria for the interpolation problem are found. The results are applied to problems of controllability of infinite dimensional linear systems where the input spaces are vectorial Sobolev, or \(L^p\) spaces. This paper is a continuation of [\textit{B. Jacob, J. R. Partington} and \textit{S. Pott}, J. Funct. Anal. 252, No. 2, 517--546 (2007; Zbl 1137.46015)], where the case \(p=2\) was treated.
