The paper is concerned with noncommutative algebraic structures of certain algebraic dynamics. The author develops the ergodic theory for polynomial transformations on profinite groups with operators and determines ergodic polynomial transformations on profinite groups with operators that are the inverse limits of finite solvable groups. These dynamics can be, in certain sense, reduced to or composed of, the \(p\)-adic dynamics on different spaces of \(p\)-adic integers. The approach in the paper works in a more general setting, for polynomial dynamics over noncommutative universal algebras such as groups with multioperators and can be expanded to develop ergodic theory on noncommutative algebraic systems other than groups with operators.
