A simple algorithm for the identification of the parameters of a linear plant from the measurements of the noise-distributed output is considered. It is assumed that the distribution of the noise varies in a cyclic manner. The author proves the convergence of the estimates to the correct values of the plant parameters and estimates the rate of convergence.
