A first order quasilinear partial differential system with small parameter \(\epsilon\) is considered. The main part in the system slowly depends on the time t. This is new in comparison with the previous works of the authors. The perturbation method is used to solve the Cauchy problem and a solution uniformly valid when \(t\sim \epsilon^{-1}\), is received.
