Approximate cores of replica games and economies. II: Set-up costs and firm formation in coalition production economies (Q1059540)

[For part I see ibid. 6, 27-48 (1983; Zbl 0541.90100).] - The authors develop a replication model of a coalition production economy in which there may be set-costs, nonconvexities, and indivisibilities. The only important restriction made is that there is some convex cone satisfying the usual properties of a production set and containing the production set of each coalition. They obtain results showing the nonemptiness of approximate cores of the economy for all sufficiently large replications.
