P-MATH-17/83 (1983; Zbl 0515.35085).] The methods of treating boundary value problems for elliptic operators with discontinuous coefficients applied in the first paper are extended here to the case of operators of matrix form when there is a boundary condition of potential type. A further section gives some concrete applications. Unfortunately the paper is too technical to be described more precisely.
