    In the problem \[ (1)\quad \partial^ 2_ tu+(-\partial^ 2_ x+p(x))u=0,\quad (0<x<1,\quad -\infty <t<\infty) \] \[ (2)\quad (- \partial_ x+h)u|_{x=0}=(\partial_ x+H)u|_{x=1},\quad (- \infty <t<\infty) \] \[ (3)\quad u|_{t=0}=a_ 0(x),\quad \partial_ tu|_{t=0}=a_ 1(x),\quad (0<x<1), \] the coefficients \(P\equiv (p,h,H)\in C^ 0_ x[0,1]\times R\times R\) and initial values \(a=(a_ 0,a_ 1)\in H^ 1_ x(0,1)\times L^ 2_ x(0,1)\) are unknown, while \[ (4)\quad u|_{x=0}=f_ 0(t),\quad u|_{x=1}=f_ 1(t)\quad (-T\leq t\leq T) \] are observed and known for some \(T>0\). It is stated the identifiability for the problem (1)-(4) and theorems for uniqueness and stability are formulated.
