A mathematical model of the direct three-dimensional problem for barotropic rotational flow through the blade system of turbo-machines is presented, together with the formulation of the problem and the order of execution and characteristics of the numerical solution. The flow is assumed to be steady and unseparated, the working fluid nonviscous, and the body forces negligibly small.
