Linear autonomous continuous-time systems subject to unknown disturbances are considered. The output may differ from the observation. The problem of finding a dynamic controller which guarantees output stability, disturbance decoupling and internal stability of the resulting closed- loop system is treated by state space techniques. Solvability conditions are presented as well as an algorithm by which these conditions can be verified from the systems parameters.
