It is proved here that the Janko groups \(J_ 1\) and \(J_ 2\) appear as Galois groups over the rational number field \({\mathbb{Q}}\). Also it is proved that the Mathieu groups \(M_{23}\) and \(M_{24}\) appear as Galois groups over \({\mathbb{Q}}(\sqrt{-23})\).
