On generalized means of an entire function with index pair (p,q) (Q1063715)

Let \(f(s)=\sum^{\infty}_{n=1}a_ n\exp (s\lambda_ n)\) where lim n/\(\lambda\) \({}_ n=D<\infty\). The authors have considered two types of mean values of f in the first part [Bull. Tech. Univ. Istanbul 37, 49-57 (1984; Zbl 0547.30006)]. Here they study three functions defined by Dirichlet series and assuming an asymptotic relation between the growth functions of these functions, obtain inequalities involving the order and the lower order of these functions.
