The author proves the Carleson estimate for the nondivergence parabolic equation \[ Lu=-u_ t+\sum^{n}_{i,j=1}a_{ij}D_{x_ ix_ j}u=0 \] with continuous coefficients in a cylinder \(D_ T=D\times (0,T),\) where D has Lipschitzian cross section. This estimate is then used to obtain a Harnack inequality inside \(D_ T\) for nonnegative solutions vanishing on the lateral side of \(D_ T\). Finally, comparison theorems for nonnegative solutions vanishing on the lateral boundary are proved.
