Given \(n+1\) points in n-dimensional Euclidean space necessary and sufficient conditions are determined for the existence of an n-sphere with the property that all \(\left( \begin{matrix} n+1\\ 2\end{matrix} \right)\) edges (connecting two points) are tangent to the sphere. Variations on the theme, such as computation of the radius, construction of examples, and generalization to p-dimensional \((1\leq p<n)\) faces (instead of edges) are also discussed.
