La paramétrisation de Nevanlinna dans le problème des moments de Hamburger (Q1064508)

Using quasi-spectral measures, a proof of the theorem in the title [Theorem 3.3.2, p. 98 of \textit{N. I. Akhiezer}, The classical moment problem and some related questions in analysis (1965; Zbl 0173.410); for a review of the Russian (1961) see Zbl 0124.062)], and some precisions concerning an operator introduced by \textit{H. J. Landau} [J. Funct. Anal. 38, 255-272 (1980; Zbl 0446.44006)] are given.
