The problem is formulated in stresses as a Fredholm integral equation of the first kind for the Laplace transform of the contact stresses. The stresses are sought in the form of the expansion in Chebyshev polyomials of the space coordinate and Laguerre polynomials of the time. A numerical example is presented.
