We find order-exact upper and lower estimates for the complexity of the approximate ''formula'' realization of classes of functions having derivatives of a given order and satisfying the Hölder condition with given parameters. The formulas are contructed in certain finite bases consisting of polynomials and piecewise-linear functions.
