The purpose of this note is to construct for \(\nu\geq 2\) a measurable \(V: R^{\nu}\to R\), \(V\geq 0\) (nonnegative potential) such that for any \(G=\overset\circ G\subset R^{\nu}\), \(G\neq \emptyset\), \(q>0\) one has \(V\not\in L_ q(G)\) and \(W^ 1_ 2\cap Q(V)\) is a form core for \(- {1/2}\Delta\) in \(L_ 2.\) If \(V_ n(x):=| x-x_ n|^{-n}\), \(n\in N\), \(x\in R^{\nu}\) the existence of a sequence \((c_ n)_{n\in N}\) of positive real numbers such that V given by \[ V(x):=\sum_{n\in N}c_ nV_ n(x),\quad x\in R^{\nu} \] satisfies the above mentioned conditions is proved.
