The purpose of this work is to study radiative transfer in flows of galactic nuclei moving at high velocity in a strong gravitational field. By using a frame which moves with the fluid - the so-called comoving frame - it is possible to get rid of the fluid velocity in the equation of radiative transfer. However, for the study of Doppler shift, aberration and other associated physical effects, it is essential to have knowledge of fluid velocity. This is achieved by transforming the equations to local inertial frames using Lorentz transformation. This description is essentially similar to that used in relativistic hydrodynamics.
