In this paper the one-dimensional process of thermodiffusion in solids in terms of the electrical analogon is presented. The general solution describing the thermodiffusion process for quasi-static sinusoidal excitation in the one-dimensional strain state is obtained using the methods of electrical transmission lines theory.
