Many integral transformations can be expressed in terms of the Mellin convolution. The ones of interest here involve a kernel which is a G- function of Meijer. Since \(\Gamma\)-functions are connected with the Mellin transform of the exponential function, the useful operators for a factorization can be written in terms of simple modifications of the Laplace transformation. The factorization of the operator is displayed, from which the inversion of the integral transformation is obtained. Other forms of factorizations, in terms of fractional integral operators and Hankel transformations for example, are discussed.
