Adaptive control of a two-level dynamic system with center being incompletely informed on the structure of lower level elements is analyzed. Adaptive control of a system \(\Sigma =<I,\pi,Q,f>\) includes an identification procedure I, planning \(\pi\), resource allocation Q and stimulating prices f. The cost function is K(\(\Sigma)\), i.e. the guaranteed value of the cost function of the center. Conditions are presented that guarantee optimality of the adaptive control of a system \(\Sigma\).
