The author extends a dimension formula of \textit{L. Cohn} [Mem. Am. Math. Soc. 158 (1975; Zbl 0299.32030)] for spaces of automorphic forms on a certain two-dimensional complex domain to the case of an imaginary quadratic field of class number one, an arbitrary irreducible representation, and \(\Gamma\) (n) a principal congruence subgroup of \(\Gamma\) (1). The method used is similar to those of H. Shimizu and Y. Morita.
