The present article is devoted to generalization of theorems on the continuous dependence of the solutions of differential equations on the parameter and initial conditions to differential inclusions of the form (1) \(dx(t)/dt\in F(t,x(t),\lambda),\) \(x(0)=p\), where \(x,p\in D\subset R^ n\) being the n-dimensional real Euclidean space, \(t\in [0,T]\), \(\lambda\in \Lambda\), being a normed linear space, and \(F: [0,T]\times D\times \Lambda \to Comp R^ n\) is a multivalent mapping with compact values. As a consequence, we obtain justification of the first fundamental theorem of Bogolyubov on averaging on a finite interval for differential inclusions with the right-hand side measurable with respect to t.
