This paper is concerned with the boundary value problem with initial data zero for parabolic type pseudodifferential operators of variable order. Here ''variable order'' means that the order of the operators depends on the space variables, that is, the symbols of the operators can be estimated by using the weight functions of the type \[ <\xi >^{\phi (x)}=(1+| \xi_ 0|^{1/\gamma}+| \xi '|)^{\phi (x)},\quad \gamma >1. \] Moreover the classes treated here are defined by means of Sobolev norm, for example, \[ f_{p,r,\gamma}=\max_{| \alpha | \leq p;x\in {\mathbb{R}}^{n+1}}D_ x^{\alpha}f(x,\xi)^{S_{\infty}}_{r,\gamma}. \] Main theorem states the uniqueness and existence of solution to the above problem in appropriate spaces.
