    For part I see the author's article [ibid. 81, 113-130 (1979; Zbl 0381.47020)]. Let V be an isometry on a Krejn space K, and let \(L=(VK)^{\perp}\), \(M_+(L)=\bigvee^{\infty}_{n=0}V^ nL\). Here, in part II it is proved that the uniform boundedness of the operators \(V^ nV^{*n}\) \((n=0,1,2...)\) is necessary and sufficient for \(M_+(L)\) to be regular and for its elements to be recoverable from their Fourier coefficients, and sufficient for V to have a Wold decomposition. In one of two examples it is shown that the condition above does not imply the uniform boundedness of \(V^ n\) \((n=0,1,2,...)\).
