A nonlinear problem formulation is considered for the equilibrium position of a non-autonomous Hamiltonian system with periodic coefficients in which multipliers of the linearized system are equal. This problem corresponds to the determination of stability domain boundary of the linearized system. In dependence on the coefficients of the Hamiltonian a proof is presented of stability, stability in finite approximation, formal stability and Lyapunov instability. To systems of the considered type, problems can be reduced which investigate arbitrary periodic motions in autonomous Hamiltonian systems by means of isoenergetic reduction.
