If \textit{B. S. Baclic} and \textit{P. J. Heggs} had not published an unnecessary long letter [see the review above (Zbl 0599.76104)], this letter from Łach and Pieczka would not have appeared. However, in the letter the authors have been able to adequately reply to the remarks of Baclic and Heggs. In the letter Łach and Pieczka have pointed out that the method of Mikusinski operational calculus is better and more convenient than that of Laplace transforms. They have also been able to show that their special functions \(Bs_ n\) are simpler and move useful as compared to the \(V_ i\) functions of Baclic and Heggs.
